today. This Roaring
Toyz Sportbike Fat
Tire Rear End
Conversion Kit is a
true Bolt-On kit
that requires no
cutting, grinding or
welding. The unique
Outside Drive design
allows for a
centered 17x12"
custom rear wheel
without the use of a
jackshaft. These
swingarms are
engineered not only
for awesome looks
but to be 100%
functional as well.
The O.S.D. is the
best wide tire
technology available
for wide tire kits.
The kit uses a wide
offset front
sprocket made from
8620 steel and heat
treated to run a
single chain from
the countershaft
sprocket to the rear
sprocket. The front
sprocket is
supported by a
outboard bearing
housed in a very
trick CNC machined
6061 billet aluminum
cover that is bolted
down to the engine
cases and the frame
for rigidity. This
bulletproof design
emulates car tire
dragbike set ups
from the last 3
decades and not only
adds strength and
function but looks
insane too! This new
wide tire technology
eliminating the
jackshafts
previously used on
300 & 330 wide tire
set ups adds huge
advantages such as
higher performance
thru more power
delivered to the
rear wheel, better
handling, smoother
on/off throttle
transitions, less
parts to wear and
break, easier
maintenance and
wheelbase lengths
from 0-18" over
stock.
